Once again, I am far from home, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Many good things have come my way!
First, even though they oversold my flight and gave away my seat, I got on my flight and was upgraded to first class. Now we're talking!
Second, friends picked me up from the airport and took me to dinner where, surprise!, and old friend was waiting. I sat next to Chuck and had a great time and a great dinner. Lucky me!
Third, my friend Bruce gave me a ride on his big quad all around the mountain trails. I got covered with mud. We did three wheelies, whoa! It's nice to have daredevil friends. I'll have to introduce him to C-note.
Then, I saw the good doctor Mishra today, and he said I'm doing great! I've improved my health and he's happy, so I'm happy. Let's celebrate!
