Everyone's socks are all mixed up. Dang.

Today is so summery and gorgeous that C-note and I had to talk a walk up Cavalleri this morning. Summer time, and the livin' is easy, man.

Today was the first day of summer that I awoke to sunshine. Gone is the June Gloom, Here is the glorious summer Sun. Now perhaps can take off my third layer of clothing that I've been sporting since last August. I hope that I retire in Hawaii or the Bahamas so that I can wear summer clothing year round and be perfectly warm and toasty.

C-note, on the other hand, cannot stand warm weather and rejoices at each day of fog and mist. C-note should check out Seattle.

B-note on the other hand, prefers to wear his birthday suit for most any occassion, so he might want to check out the Tahitian or New Zealand tribemen for ideas on how to get away with that.

It is definitely time to get the hell out of Dodge (aka Malibu). The summer arrivals are here in full force, making the simple drive from my house to the 10 freeway a minimum of an hour drive. Not just an hour of driving mind you, but an hour of trying to avoid absolute IMBECILES who drive like two year olds on big wheels.

Now I have to go to Ralphs. Dang. Guess I'll go and get it over with. I can't stand to go to Ralphs. Just like I can't stand to have to get up in the middle of the night to go pee. Pretty soon you just have to do it, but it's bothersome and miserable. Dang. Here I go.

I have to make some phone calls today, and I really don't want to. Dang. Guess I'll put it off for awhile.

It's very quiet here with Mr. B out of the house. C-note and I are enjoying our sourdough toast and the silence. The sounds of silence are occassionally broken by crunching and munching sourdough toast. A good way to spend Monday morning.
